Compiled a playbook for agents to use in community engagement efforts across the globe.

Met with experts on the subject, conducted research, wrote and edited over the course of 6+ months to build the resource. Ultimate goal was to provide agents with a tool to build connections while also educating on a serious issue facing drivers of all ages.
